Through the Eat Wyoming Local Food Hub, Lander’s Melissahof offers a weekly egg subscription from its pastured hens. Pasture-laid eggs hold higher Omega 3s, a lower Omega 6:3 ratio, increased vitamin D, and more antioxidants.
The Melissahof weekly egg subscription extends from May to October. You may choose a Half Dozen or a Dozen to be delivered to your doorstep, or to pick up at the Eat Wyoming customer pickup location at the CWC Lander Center, 120 Enterprise Blvd.
