Mother's Day: make something unique for mom

With Easter behind us, the next big holiday is Mother's day! What a better gift for mom than something you handmade? Join us for this workshop and make something unique for mom that she would love for years to come, or better yet, take her with you to this workshop and create together! To register, check out our website, www.landerartcenter.com   Tea Staining, marker, and colored pencil drawing workshop Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings April 13,14,15 Time: 6 - 8 pm Cost: $40 Instructor: Pamela Sipe Location: Lander Art Center, 258 Main Street Join artist Pamela Sipe for a fun art workshop as we create beautiful flower art with an "antique" vibe. Pamela will lead students in various techniques to create unique art that would make a wonderful Mother's Day gift or something fun for yourself. We will use tea to stain a watercolor paper for a background, then we will use professional markers to sketch a variety of seasonal flowers by arranging the flowers in an interesting arrangement. We will then use a new technique with professional grade markers to make our art "pop", we will finish our drawing with colored pencils. These techniques make for beautiful art with an antique flair! We will finish our art with a high quality mat to complete our work
