SUMMARY:Wyoming Legislature 2024 State Shooting Complex Oversight Task Force
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Task Force member impressions from site visits in Park and Campbell Counties and discuss the selection of a final site for recommendation to the Governor\, Joint Travel\, Recreation\, Wildlife and Cultural Resources Joint Interim Committee\, and Joint Appropriations Committees.\n\n\n\nThe meeting will be held online and broadcast on the Legislature's Website www.wyoleg.gov. Public comment may be provided online or in person in Cheyenne. A limited number of participants can sign up to provide public comment virtually for a specified agenda item during the Task Force's upcoming meeting. The Chairman sets the total length of time dedicated to virtual public comment per Management Council Policy. Please complete the public comment form to ensure the Task Force knows you intend to provide public comment virtually. Only those who fill out the form to provide public comments virtually and who receive the Zoom invite from the Legislative Service Office will be permitted into the Zoom meeting to testify. The deadline for members of the public requesting to provide virtual testimony will be 5 PM the day immediately preceding the day on which the topic is noticed to be discussed by the task force. Testimony may be accepted after this deadline if it is in the best interest of the task force's work\, at the chairman's discretion.\n\nIndividuals who plan to provide materials to the Committee during the meeting should provide the materials in electronic format to Committee staff and provide sufficient hard copies for members of the Committee\, Committee staff and interested members of the audience.
