SUMMARY:SBDC SBIR/STTR Opportunities at the Department of Defense
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to be partnering with Manufacturing Works\, the Wyoming manufacturing extension partnership (MEP) program\, for this half-day workshop.  Attendees will learn about small business innovation research (SBIR) and small business technology transfer (STTR) opportunities at the Department of Defense including information on the open topics. Our presenter\, Jim Greenwood\, will provide helpful tips and a recommended process for developing a competitive Phase I proposal. While the material is relevant to all SBIR/STTR agencies\, DoD will be emphasized.\n\n\n\nSean Schaub\, Account and Project Manager at Manufacturing Works will share how your local manufacturing extension partnership can help your small business with cybersecurity\, product design and development\, supplier scouting\, and more throughout the life of your business.\n\n\n\nThere is an opportunity to meet one-on-one in the afternoon for strategy discussions with the presenter\, Jim Greenwood\, Greenwood Consulting Group Inc. Preference for scheduling one-on-ones will be given to Wyoming small businesses.  Email Haigler@uwyo.edu for one-on-one scheduling.\n\n\n\nPresenter: Jim Greenwood\, Greenwood Consulting Group Inc. Greenwood is a nationally recognized trainer and proposal reviewer for the SBIR and STTR programs.
