Lander Vision has been a leading provider of optometry services and vision care products in the Lander community since 1979, and we want to help you achieve and maintain clear vision for years to come.

Dr. Kortney Lancaster offers comprehensive vision examinations at our Lander optometry office and specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide array of eye diseases, conditions, and problems. Lander Vision uses advanced diagnostic technology and vision correction products and is committed to improving the quality of life of persons in the Lander community through enhanced vision. Dr. Lancaster attended the Kentucky College of Optometry where he learned full scope eye care and advanced laser procedures. While in school he testified to the Wyoming legislature to help advance and pass the bill for advanced therapeutics and use of laser procedures.

Dr. Lancaster purchased Lander Vision in August of 2023 from Dr. Mikel Weideman and looks forward to serving our community with the same values and strives for excellence in patient care and customer service and his predecessor.

When he isn’t in the office, you can find him in the outdoors with his family. He enjoys camping, fishing, and exploring new trails on his mountain bike. He also loves a good book and will never turn down a Reese’s peanut butter cup. Dr. Lancaster and his wife, Briana, have three adorable children, Kooper, Cohen, and Tessa.
