About Us

Community Health Centers of Central Wyoming is committed to providing a Medical Home for our patients, where families can expect compassionate and comprehensive care, convenient access to after hours advice, and professional coordination of care between our providers, specialists and services. Community Health Center of Central Wyoming employs a team of Pediatricians, a PA and a Family Nurse Practitioner, and pediatric Nurses and staff, all working together to provide 24 hour/day coverage for children and their parents in Fremont County through our two full service offices in Lander and Riverton.
On Saturdays, call before noon and we can meet you in the Lander office. On Sundays, call before noon for an afternoon appointment in Lander or Riverton, for emergencies only.
