This position will be in the core of servicing national and high level tourism clients from our Wyoming office or in a satellite office after a training period. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Client Management Services

  • Communicate with team members, clients and contractors about project deliverables 
  • Oversee client services making sure that quality content will be delivered timely
  • Delegate services to team members and set up client goals and KPIs
  • Collaborate with social media strategists and editors about audience and SEO growth
  • Be part of an extensive vetting process for influencers and content creators
  • Coordinate itineraries with our influencers for PR trips
  • Coordinate itineraries with our videographers for film shoots
  • Assist in story creation for ambassadors and film shoots
  • Review content produced and coordinate with clients for approval
  • Set up projects in project management software and assign team members
  • Train and supervise influencers/content writers to become ambassadors for Herrmann Global and Visit USA Parks setting high standards for client deliverables
  • Remind team members, client and contractors about deadlines and missing items for project completion
  • Evaluate digital and social data measuring content KPIs leading to customer acquisitions
  • Create and document processes online via project management software
  • Help the team in necessary tasks to exceed client expectations
  • Become a viable team member with focus on client and audience growth
  • Follow the long term vision of becoming a leading global tourism agency

  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write professionally for varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • A deep understanding about marketing needs in the travel and hospitality industry
  • Professional level of social media experience to present cutting edge technology
  • solutions to the travel and hospitality industry
  • Understanding of the principals of content strategy and influencer marketing
  • Understanding of and keen interest in - content trends and how they affect decisions
  • Understanding how social media can be part of owned, earned and paid communication
  • Understanding about Real Time Marketing
  • Comfortable talking to clients and contractors via phone and in person
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to work independently, remotely or in office.
