Essential duties include: Communicating with customers in a professional manner on the telephone, in person, and through email correspondence; scheduling reviews; tracking incoming and outgoing traffic; filing and retrieving files in a timely and organized manner; servicing insurance policies including billing, policy changes, communicating with third parties, and filing claims; miscellaneous duties as assigned.
The position is full-time. Training, education, and licensing opportunities are available. Increased earning potential based on performance. Initial pay depends on experience and qualifications.
Minimum qualifications: High School diploma, 2 years of phone, receptionist, or front desk experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Insurance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
