Description: Working with the kitchen manager, this person will execute daily operations and new projects.
All applicants should have at least 3 years management experience and at least 5 years food service experience, preferably in front of house. Someone who is resourceful with a high competency for problem solving, networking and multi-tasking will do well in this position.
This position is for someone who is ready to be on his/her feet throughout the day, comfortable with both delegation and execution of tasks. Someone who can build and maintain good relationships with staff and customers is needed. This person should be comfortable
being a cheerleader for the restaurant - seeking moments to show off our high quality food and service. An applicant should either have professional cooking experience or at least be very interested in food and cooking. An advanced palette and high standards for food is
helpful. An applicant should be comfortable and confident with learning on the job.
