POSITION: Registrar/Student Services Secretary (240-day position)
LOCATION: Lander Valley High School
SALARY: $14.25/hr. minimum, 40 hours/week; full benefits

DESCRIPTION: This position assists the counselors with registering students, maintaining computerized records, filing, and communicating with staff. This position also assists the nursing staff with record keeping and administering some medications.
QUALIFICATIONS: Specific skills required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: preparing and maintaining accurate records and planning and managing projects and using pertinent software applications. Specific abilities required to satisfactorily perform the functions of the job include: being attentive to detail; establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; communicating effectively with a wide diversity of people including staff, students, and parents; maintaining confidentiality; and working with frequent interruptions and multiple projects.
