LOCATION: Baldwin Creek Elementary (AM) /Gannett Peak Elementary (PM)
SALARY: $14.60/hr minimum, 35 hours/week minimum; full benefits
START DATE: August 15, 2018

DESCRIPTION: Organize, maintain, and manage class systems in proper working condition. Teach students and learners to use computers. Design and develop appropriate computer instructional materials. Manage and monitor student behavior and implement systems, procedures, and other student management issues. Develop and implement lesson plans and classroom activities consistent with the student management issues. Determine and troubleshoot technology services, coordinate and collaborate with a lead teacher, principal, and other teachers. Integrate special lesson plans with core academic curriculum. Help students learn different computer related skills based on grade level.
● Target job related education (two years of study 48 semester credits at an institution of higher education or have an associate’s degree or pass the District’s basic skills test.)
● Must have experience working with basic technology and be up-to-date on the changing technology world.
● Must be willing to work with staff and students in a positive manner to maintain the overall culture of both buildings.
● Experience working with children K-5 preferred.
● Substitute teacher certification preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Deal with students with behavior issues.
