POSITION: Office Assistant
LOCATION: Central Office
SALARY: $13.05/hr minimum -(8 hours per day, 12-month position, Monday-Friday); full benefits
START DATE: As soon as possible

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED with at least three years of office experience, previous school district experience preferred. Other preferred qualifications include:
● Demonstrated excellent communication skills;
● Technology skills, to include Word, Excel, and Google Mail to perform requested tasks;
● Ability to compare/contrast/sort lists and groups of information;
● Positive demeanor and interaction with others; and
● A high level of confidentiality.
This position requires an enthusiastic, upbeat individual who can manage visitors, and answer and appropriately direct phone inquiries. This position will handle projects as needed by central office staff, including but not limited to: merging data and text, corresponding with parents, staff, and community, tracking and recording data, creating appropriate files and other organizational documents, assisting with shredding of confidential materials, and preparing mass mailings.
