Job Description

The Lander Children's Museum is currently seeking to fill the part-time position of Floor Staff. This position will oversee the day to day operations of the museum by greeting visitors, processing admissions, introducing visitors to exhibits and engaging children. Customer service skills and basic computer skills are needed. Floor staff will keep museum clean and exhibits maintained, make sure safety protocols are followed, assist with special events, schedule and host birthday parties as needed (scheduled on Saturdays).

An overall friendly attitude and interest in children are very important!

A high school diploma (in progress or completed) or GED is required. Reliable transportation to arrive for scheduled shifts is necessary. We are flexible with school schedules.  Compensation is $8.00-$8.50/ hour and is based on experience.
