Job Description
20 hours/week
$10-$12/hour depending on experience
Reports to Executive Director

Lander Art Center seeks an enthusiastic, creative problem-solver to be our new Operations Coordinator and complete our trio of dedicated staff members.  The successful applicant will share our passion for the Lander community and have a desire to contribute to our community by helping us offer unique events and opportunities.
Oversee administrative tasks
Assist with gallery exhibitions and events
Coordinate membership database, mailings, and solicitations
Oversee Lander Art Center website (Wild Apricot), and Paypal accounts
Maintain office supplies
Assist staff with general cleaning and building maintenance
Other tasks assigned by Executive Director
Option to teach art classes in addition to regularly scheduled hours
Potential for 30 hours/week June - August
Some Saturday work required
An interest in the arts and local artist community strongly desired
QuickBooks experience a plus but not required
The Lander Art Center is rooted in meeting the needs of area residents through artistic process, exhibitions, arts education, and professional development that strengthen the visual arts experience and support a strong community.  We have two locations; a gallery, classroom, and office location at 224 Main Street, and ‘320 Studios’, housing our pottery studio and artist studios, located at 320 Main Street.
