As you may be aware, the automotive industry has been labeled an essential business by the Dept. of Homeland Security. This means that we will be staying open to serve the community during these trying times. After all, your safety is our livelihood.
It is our honor and duty to ensure that you are kept safe on the road and that your vehicle is maintained to the high standards we hold – all while keeping the practice of social distancing front of mind.
In order to help protect every customer that walks through our doors we have made available four additional services to help us follow social distancing guidelines.
As always you can make appointments and payments via the telephone.
1. Download our free APP on the Google Play Store for Android or Apple Store for iPhones. With our APP you can shop for and schedule services and access unique specials – all CONTACT FREE.
2. Make appointments and pay online at www.plainstire.com
3. We are providing drop envelopes for car keys and your instructions for anyone that needs or desires a “contact free” experience.
4. We are providing free Pick-Up and Delivery services for Senior Citizens.
Cleanliness and sanitation are at the fore front. We also are cleaning our showrooms and every touchable surface hourly. Our technicians are washing their hands frequently in addition to using clean fresh gloves on each vehicle.
Each vehicle will get steering wheel covers, seat covers and floor mats plus the vehicle shall be wiped down before being returned to each customer. Your health and well-being are critical to us and we are taking every step possible to ensure that.
Temporarily we will be adjusting our hours to 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, but again you can schedule online 24/7.
