Governor Mark Gordon
In cooperation with our State Health Officer, I am ordering the closure of public places for a two-week period to help slow the community spread of COVID-19 in Wyoming. These are unprecedented times and it is critical that there is uniformity across the state in how social distancing measures are implemented.
Wyomingites, like all Americans, must commit to reducing the strain on our healthcare system. These are hard measures and they will be difficult for employees and businesses alike, but they are warranted. It is a critical step for protecting public health and the health of our most vulnerable residents. I urge all of our residents to take social distancing recommendations seriously, to reduce trips to public spaces and use this opportunity to assist those in your community who are most in need. Together, we will be stronger and healthier. https://content.govdelivery.com/accounts/…/bulletins/28229f4
