Volunteers are needed to assist hospice patients by:
Cooking "home cooked meal"
Reading
Playing cards or board games
Shopping
Companionship, talking and listening to the patients and families
Office work
Fundraising
Hospice Volunteers find their experiences to be personally rewarding and emotionally heartwarming. They learn their role is crucial to both the patients and their loved ones at a critical time.
