SUMMARY:Wyoming Legislature Management Audit Committee - Casper
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to complete the Committee's interim work. The Committee will review bill drafts related to administrative rule reviews and the reorganization of the Department of Audit. The Committee will investigate local government auditing issues from the Town of Bear River\, the Town of Manderson\, and the Riverton Recreation District. The Committee will also receive information from the Wyoming Business Council on how they administer funds and the performance of grants provided to businesses over the last five years. Finally\, the Committee will review a report from the Weston County Clerk 2024 General Election Subcommittee and consider any possible bill drafts.\n\n\n\nThe meeting will be held in person in Casper and remotely with a live video stream available on the Legislature's Website (www.wyoleg.gov). A limited number of participants can sign up to provide public comment virtually for a specified agenda item during the Committee's upcoming meeting. The total amount of time dedicated to virtual public comment is set by the Committee Chairmen per Management Council Policy. Please fill out the public comment form to ensure the Committee knows you intend to provide public comment virtually.
