The purpose of this meeting is to begin the Committee'\;s interim work. The Committee will consider veterinary technician licensure with stakeholder input. Preventing orphaned water rights will be addressed by the Wyoming State Engineer. Eminent domain remains a concern for the Committee and will continue to be discussed. The Committee will recess on Tuesday\, June 10 and attend a tour of the historic Heart Mountain Relocation Center and Heart Mountain Irrigation District. The Office of State Lands and Investments will provide an agency update in conjunction with a discussion on subleasing of state trust lands for grazing. The Committee will conclude their meeting with discussion of landowner hunting licenses with input from the Wyoming Game and Fish Department and stakeholders alike.

\nThe meeting will be held in person in Powell and remotely with a live video stream available on the Legislature'\;s Website (www.wyoleg.gov). A limited number of participants can sign up to provide public comment virtually for a specified agenda item during the Committee'\;s upcoming meeting. The total amount of time dedicated to virtual public comment is set by the Committee Chairmen per Management Council Policy. Please fill out the public comment form to ensure the Committee knows you intend to provide public comment virtually. Only those who fill out the form to provide public comments virtually and who are e-mailed the Zoom invite from the Legislative Service Office will be permitted into the Zoom meeting to testify.
