SUMMARY:Wyoming Legislature Joint 2023 Select Committee on School Facilities
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to consider draft legislation regarding charter school leasing and the School Facilities Commission's proposed budget for the FY 2025-2026 biennium and forward the Committee's recommendation to the Joint Appropriations Committee and the Governor. The Committee will receive addtional information regarding the 2023 facility condition assessment and the expenditure of funds appropriated through 2023 Wyoming Session Laws\, Chapter 94\, Section 313(j)-(k). The Committee will also review the School Facility Commission's rules.\n\n\n\nIndividuals who plan to provide materials to the Committee during the meeting should provide the materials in electronic format to Committee staff and provide sufficient hard copies for members of the Committee\, Committee staff and interested members of the audience.
