SUMMARY:Wyoming Legislature Joint 2023 Select Committee on School Facilities
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to consider draft legislation\, receive the School Facilities Commission's annual report and FY 2025-2026 biennium budget request\, and receive information from the State Construction Department in response to Committee inquires from the June 28-29\, 2023 meeting. The Committee will also discuss major maintenance\, routine maintenance\, and component level funding\; leasing private land for K-12 schools\; and school facility ownership.\n\n\n\nIndividuals who plan to provide materials to the Committee during the meeting should provide the materials in electronic format to Committee staff and provide sufficient hard copies for members of the Committee\, Committee staff and interested members of the audience.
