SUMMARY:Wyoming Legislature 2024 Joint Business Fraud Working Group
DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this meeting is to begin the Joint Corporations\, Elections and Political Subdivisions Interim Committee's working group's discussions regarding business and limited liability company (LLC) fraud.\n\n\n\nThose wishing to participate in the discussion need to contact the Chairmen\, Senator Case (cale.case@wyoleg.gov) and Representative Olsen (jared.olsen@wyoleg.gov) for permission to do so.\n\n\n\nThe meeting will be held via zoom only. A limited number of participants can sign up to provide public comment virtually for a specified agenda item during the working group's upcoming meeting. The total amount of time dedicated to virtual public comment is set by the Committee Chairmen per Management Council Policy. Please contact the Chairmen if you wish to testify. Only those who contact the Chairmen and who are e-mailed the Zoom invite from the Legislative Service Office will be permitted into the Zoom meeting to testify.\n\nPlease direct questions about this meeting to Legislative Service Office Committee staff Josh Anderson\, Katie Adams\, Kelly Lower and Katie Talbott at: (307) 777-7881.\n\nIndividuals who plan to provide materials to the Committee during the meeting should provide the materials in electronic format to Committee staff and provide sufficient hard copies for members of the Committee\, Committee staff and interested members of the audience.
