DESCRIPTION:Everyone is invited to kick off the holiday season at Light Up Lander on Saturday\, Dec. 2\, 3-5 pm\, Mr. D's Food Center\, South 7th St. between Main and Garfield streets. There will be hot cocoa\, cookies\, lots of games for the kids and Santa! Bring canned goods for the community Christmas basket program\; for each canned good donated earn a ticket to win a bike.\n\n\n\nTo participate in the Light Up Lander parade down Main Street\, stop by the Chamber office for an application. Applications must be returned to Monte Richardson by Nov. 28 in order to participate. For more information\, call 307-330-6553 or email debbierichardson@hotmail.com\n\n\n\nThe parade will end at Centennial Park with Mayor McOmie lighting the community Christmas tree. Lander Valley High School Honor Society students will sell hot cocoa and Cracker Box Caramel Popcorn will be selling their delicious popcorn!
