DESCRIPTION:Learn to Ski or Improve your Nordic Technique\n\n \n\nThe Lander Valley High School Cross Country Ski Team will be conducting a ski clinic on Saturday\, January 11  from 10 am - noon at the Lander Golf Course.   Registration will start at 9:45 near the clubhouse. \n\n \n\nAll ages and abilities are welcome. This is a great opportunity to learn ways to improve your classic or skate skiing\, learn tips on how to ski more efficiently and faster or to try out cross country skis for the first time.\n\n \n\nThere is no set cost for the clinic but donations to help skiers attend the USSA Cross Country Junior Nationals Championships in March would be greatly appreciated. \n\n \n\nSki rentals are available at Gannett Peak Sports\, open Friday until 6 pm (it's a good idea to rent before Saturday). \n\n \n\nLVHS skiers plan to hold another fundraising ski clinic on Saturday February 1\, at the Golf Course unless snow conditions necessitate moving it to Beaver Creek.   \n\n \n\nFor more information\, contact Anne Austin at aaustin@wyoming.com\, or Greta Olafsen at gretaolaf@gmail.com or Pat McGavran at  pmcgavran@q.com.
