DESCRIPTION:LEADER Attendees\,\n\n \n\nThe Annual meeting for LEADER Corporation will be held at 7:00 AM\, Wednesday\, December 11\, in the backroom of the Oxbow Restaurant.  At this meeting LEADER shareholders will elect officers for the 2013/2014 fiscal year.  All LEADER shareholders are urged to attend.  \n\n \n\nThe agenda will be as follows:\n\n \n\nCall to order\n\n \n\nFinancial report\n\n \n\nElection of Officers\n\n \n\nOld Business none anticipated\n\n \n\nNew Business Discussion of structure of the Complimentary Economic Development group and how they will relate to LEADER.\n\n \n\nAdjourn\n\n \n\n \n\nAll attendees and the public are invited to attend.  Any official decisions that affect the structure of LEADER\, or its subsidiaries\, will be voted on by LEADER shareholders only.\n\n \n\nLEADER Corporation is a Lander-based Economic Development organization that holds monthly meetings to inform the public on events and projects that affect the economies of Lander\, Riverton and Fremont County.
