Notice is hereby given that proposed amendments to the bylaws will be voted upon\, including abolishment of General Membership and dues\, and change of procedure for election of officers.\n\nAround 11 am\, director JoAnn Collins and library staff will discuss their programs and projects\, with time for questions and answers. Refreshments will be served.
