DESCRIPTION:The City of Lander Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Mayor and City Council concerning new subdivisions\, annexations\, requests for water and sewer outside city limits\, and street and alley vacation requests. Planning Commission meets the first and third Thursday of each month at 6:00 PM at City Hall.  Special meetings may be called as needed.\n\n\n\nThe City of Lander Board of Adjustment acts as the zoning board. This board makes decisions on variance requests\, conditional use requests and home occupation requests. Meetings are on  ?as needed? basis on the second Thursday of each month.
