In her role as Assistant Director\, she is also working to strengthen and expand the startup resources in SW Wyoming\, including the development of new seed funding opportunities and other programs for entrepreneurs to thrive. Monica is passionate about working with founders and continuing to develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem here in Wyoming. \n\nBefore joining IMPACT 307\, Monica worked as a chemist across many industries\, with roles spanning from early research to manufacturing. She has extensive experience in patent surveying\, and is the inventor on five patent applications\, with applications at various stages of the patenting process. She holds a Master of Science in synthetic organic chemistry in addition to an MBA.
