DESCRIPTION:While Wyoming isn't exactly known for its edible mushrooms\, they can and do grow here.  Even better\, with a little effort you can grow your own.\n\nIn this course\, we will learn one method of farming your own mushrooms - growing wine cap mushrooms in prepared straw.  We will cover some mycology basics\, including some ID tips\, as well as how to best prepare the substrate\, locate and build a bed\, and alternative methods that could be used.  A practical\, on site demonstration will also be held.
