DESCRIPTION:While Wyoming isn't exactly known for its edible mushrooms\, they can and do grow here.  Even better\, with a little effort you can grow your own!\n\nIn this course\, students will learn one method of farming their own mushrooms - growing oysters on cottonwood logs.  This workshop will cover the basics of mushroom farming\, a hands on demonstration of how to prepare and spawn your own logs\, and a discussion of alternative methods and tips for adapting to Wyoming's climate.  Participants will be able to take home a spawned log of their own.
