DESCRIPTION:While Wyoming isn't exactly known for its edible mushrooms\, they can and do grow here.  Even better\, with a little effort you can grow your own.\n\nIn this course\, we will learn one method of farming your own mushrooms - growing almond agarics in a high tunnel garden bed.  This workshop will cover the basics of mushroom farming and identification\, proper preparation\, and tips for maximizing yields. The class will include a practical demonstration on site.  Class participants will be able to return to the site to harvest mushrooms at a later date.
