DESCRIPTION:Backyard Beekeeping: for fun\, honey and pollination will be taught by Jack States.  Dates: March 3\, 6 to 9 p.m. and March 4\, 6 to 9 p.m. with a workshop on Saturday\, March 8 from 11a.m. to 2 p.m.  Session 1 will cover Honeybee biology and the art of beekeeping.  Session 2 will cover Summer and winter hive management\, honey bee diseases\, harvest\, etc. \n\nSession 3 will be a workshop highlighting beekeeping equipment\, extraction supplies and a hands-on examination of a live backyard honeybee colony.\n\nCost will be $20 per session or $50 for all three sessions.\n\nFor class information email us at canyonshadows@wyoming.com and we will send the information sheet.
